When calling to schedule an appointment, please keep in mind, that we may not be able to answer the phone when you call...

If you hear an automated message when calling, you can skip it by pressing [ 2 ] at antytime during the message to leave a voicemail for your preferred sales rep.

If you don't have a preferred sales rep, you can press [ 1 ] to leave a voicemail for any sales rep to call you back.

    • When leaving a message, please be as detailed as possible. This way, when we call you back to schedule an appointment, we might have the answers/solution for you over the phone.

 

APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

We are asking that you respect the health and safety of our employees and our other customers by following the current rules as laid out by our Canadian government and the NW Health Unit:

    • We Request that ONLY 1 person come to the appointment unless essential (2 max)
      • We are trying to maintain a 1:1 interaction ratio with customers to reps
      • Please no Families... Maximum 2 people ONLY if essential.
    • When you enter the store - Please try to keep a distance of 6 feet from the staff & other customers whenever possible.
    • Please refrain from handling unnecessary merchandise if possible while in the store
